Ekta Bangur is a visionary entrepreneur and thought leader in the accounting and tax industry, with over 25 years of experience gained from working with Big 4 and various mid-sized firms. As the Director of UPSI, she leverages her technical expertise and passion for delivering complex cross-border accounting and tax solutions. Ekta is a rare manager who also serves as an inspiring mentor and leader for her team.
In her leisure time, Ekta enjoys cooking, spending time outdoors with her children, and is very passionate about traveling.
Ayushya Bangur - Director
Ayushya Bangur is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in establishing accounting solutions for a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to mid-sized firms across various industries, including consulting, engineering, professional services, retail, entertainment, and education. As a business set-up specialist, Ayushya has implemented enterprise accounting solutions from inception to operational set-up. Ayushya demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a unique capacity for empathy.
Outside of work, Ayushya enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends
Namrata - Senior Manager
Namrata is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in accounting and taxation. She has worked with prestigious Big 4 firms and holds a professional qualification in Taxation. Namrata specializes in individual taxes, corporate taxes, and transfer pricing regulations, providing clients with comprehensive solutions to their diverse queries. Her expertise and knowledge help individuals and companies comply with legal requirements while streamlining tax processes.
In her leisure time, Namrata enjoys traveling and spending time with her young boys.
Jaswinder - Senior Tax Accountant
Jaswinder Kaur, a Chartered Accountant from India with a Master’s in Finance and Control, brings extensive expertise to her role as Senior Tax Accountant. Her experience encompasses Indian Direct Taxes and UAE Indirect Taxes, and she is currently pursuing CPA Canada certification. Jaswinder’s multidisciplinary background enables her to adeptly navigate complex tax landscapes with precision and insight. Her analytical acumen and meticulous attention to detail ensure thorough compliance and optimization of tax strategies.
